We held a poll asking the alumni what type of Mix & Mingle Class Year Party they envisioned and at what time of day on Friday, July 9th, they would prefer to start their party.
The Committee's plan was to have the parties start around 2 pm and, fortunately, it seems that the alumni concur. We were hoping that the parties wouldn't be planned at a time that overlaps with Reunion events and a time between 2 pm and 6 pm on Friday fits perfectly. As far as the question as to what type of party the alumni would prefer... that was meant to offer a loose guide for anyone who is organizing a party. |
