This online form can be used as an alternative to downloading the ticket registration pdf file when purchasing reunion tickets by cheque or money order. Fill out this form online, hit submit and then mail us your cheque or Canadian money order (address below); ensuring that your name is clearly indicated on the cheque. We will then print out this form at our end and match it up with your cheque or money order when it arrives in the mail. When we have received both your cheque and online form we will enter this information into our records and a receipt will be sent to you via email to acknowledge that you are officially registered for the Reunion.
